Credit Policy

Credits are the currency that powers AI features on the Platform. Every AI-driven action (market briefings, pair analysis, news insights, chat messages) consumes a small number of credits to cover the real computational costs of running AI models.

All other features — courses, trade journal, economic calendar, community — are completely free and do not require any credits.

Every active member receives a daily credit top-up automatically at 03:00 UTC.

The top-up only applies if your balance is below 75 credits. If you are below 75, we top you up to exactly 75. If you already have 75 or more credits (e.g. from a purchase), no additional credits are added — your balance is preserved.

This means purchasing credits is always worthwhile: your balance carries forward and is never reduced by the daily reset.

Costs are deducted at the moment you initiate the feature. Cached results (e.g. a briefing you already loaded today) are served for free.

Additional credits can be purchased at any time from the Top Up page inside your member dashboard. Available packs:

Purchased credits never expire and are not affected by the daily reset.

Spent credits are non-refundable. When you confirm an AI feature, credits are deducted immediately to cover the cost of running the AI model. We are unable to restore credits regardless of the output quality or any accidental usage.

Always check your credit balance before initiating expensive features. The platform always shows the cost before you confirm.

Certain legacy or grandfathered accounts may have unlimited credit access. These accounts are exempt from the credit system and all AI features are available at no credit cost.
