• Messages sent to the AI Trading Assistant (stored locally in your browser only)
• Trade journal entries you voluntarily create

• Process and track credit usage
• Communicate important updates or support replies
• Improve Platform features and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you use AI features (briefings, pair analysis, chat), your query or the feature request is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not store AI chat history on our servers — it is saved only in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will erase your chat history.

We use browser local storage to persist your session and chat history on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Access keys and session tokens are hashed and validated server-side. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. Credit transaction logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through the Support section.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Please contact us via the Support section to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
