All content, AI-generated analysis, market briefings, and tools provided on this Platform are strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading forex and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

Access to the member area is granted via a personal access key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. You must not share your access key with third parties. We reserve the right to deactivate keys found to be shared or misused.

The Platform uses a credit system to manage access to AI-powered features. Credits are a consumable resource. By initiating any AI feature (briefings, analysis, chat messages, etc.), you acknowledge and accept that the corresponding credits will be deducted from your balance.

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. We are unable to restore credits spent on AI features regardless of the outcome or perceived quality of the result, as each request incurs real computational costs on our end.

Free daily credits reset automatically once per day at 03:00 UTC. The reset only applies if your balance is below 75 credits — if your balance is already at or above 75, no additional credits are added.

Credit packs purchased through the Platform are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Credit purchases are final — we do not offer refunds on credit packs unless required by applicable law.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent the credit system; (b) use automated tools to scrape or access Platform content; (c) resell or redistribute any content generated by the Platform; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content, branding, and technology on this Platform are the property of Platinum Forex Education. AI-generated content is produced for your personal use and may not be resold or republished without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Forex Education shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided herein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
